Wire Transfer
Under the policy of the Tourism Council of Bhutan, your tour payment calculated by us has to be wire transferred to the Bhutan National Bank through one of their certified international partners, with Druk Golden Star Adventures specified as the ultimate beneficiary. Once your tour payment is received at the Bhutan National Bank, it will automatically be with-held by the Tourism Council of Bhutan until your departure from Bhutan. The payment will only be released to us after your Bhutan trip. In this way you can be sure that your payment is completely secured.

Trip Cancellation Policy
Travel packages booked with Druk Golden Star Adventures and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
More than 30 days before the start of the programme: No charge.
Within 30 days but more than 25 days before the start of the programme: 35% of the rate.
Within 25 days but more than 20 days before the start of the programme: 45% of the rate.
Within 20 days but more than 15 days before the start of the programme: 55% of the rate.
Within 15 days before the start of the programme or cancellation without notice: 100% of the rate.
